I recently enjoyed a fabulous vintage/fitness shoot with the lovely Shannon - organised via that other Purplish site.
Now Shannon is a truly delicious model with a fabulous figure and legs that seem to go on for ever. She also lovely thick rich hair that catches the light, big brown eyes and a smile that lights up the room - not to mention a flat tummy and tiny little corset-friendly waist that is perfect for vintage work. Her pre-shoot comms were excellent and she is hard working lass, who took the trouble to read the shoot plan. She was also a photography student with a good understanding of both sides of the camera.
She was chaperoned by her mum, Heydi. Turns out that a few years back, Heydi was a model too. With very little persuasion she stepped in front of the camera as well. It was instantly apparent where Shannon gets her good looks and modelling skills. They each took turns directing each other, on camera, in what turned out to be one of the best mother-daughter shoots I have ever done. And Shannon had a bash behind the camera too, shooting her mum.
All-in-all it was a wonderful shoot and we are already making plans for our next one, early in the New Year. Very highly recommended. :-)
