I practicefusion rope art, which is a modern, Western adaptation of traditional Japanese rope techniques used to tie people for suspension, restraint and decoration.

Since 2007 I have been attending rope workshops, events and demo's [coupled with 15 years of nautical background], which has enabled me to provide a high standard of rope, which I now have the pleasure in offering as a service on Purple Port.

Since joining pp, I have worked with several models and photographers at various locations and studios across the north west, and I continue looking forward to creating more rope art with all those interested in this amazing art form.

Although I predominantly work in the north west, I also consider coming to rig models for photo shoots or to teach rope art nationwide and into Europe, should the cheapest mode of travel/accommodation be covered.
