Why is it when you either contact a model wanting to arrange a shoot or they contact you trying to arrange a shoot they either dont reply when a simple no not interested or just dont reply even when you are at the point of booking a date. Does anyone else get the same issues.
Yes, I've had that several times. I'm offering paid work within their work area and they don't even reply. Presumably they are registered here for some other reason than wanting to further their careers, but odd.
Suggest you get used to it ASAP! Its amazing how keen models are - 100% reliable - until you contact them. On top of which some that do reply will 'no show' on the day!
I must however add that some models are very very good - sadly they get get tarred with the same brush.
Thank you for your replies, true there are some very reliable ones out there but you would think if you are offering good money they would want the work just does not add up. I have a full time job and use holidays for some of my shoots and when they don't turn up you wonder if its worth it.
