Hi, I was looking through my port and realized i need to keep just one image from each shoot but i'm finding it to hard to pick so i was hoping you could help me and tell me which ones you think i should keep and which should go

Hi Linzi,
Quite a challenge you have set for us... here are my preferences.
Numbers are in sequence in each category.

Fashion=4, Editorial=1, Headshot=3, Lingerie=2, Topless=2, Gothic & Fantasy=2, Implied nude=1.

There were ties in a couple of categories, but i have only selected one from each.

I agree with Ian, apart from Lingerie = 6. I guess it depends on what you want to say from each category. To me lingerie 2 is raunchy, whereas 6 is more seductive.

Oooh - I'll play too but it's a tough one Linzi as you have so many great shots to choose from. From my perspective it would be:

Fashion=3, Editorial=1, Headshot=1, Lingerie=7 (would have been 6 but would have preferred to have seen a bent right arm on that shot) , Topless=2, Gothic & Fantasy=2, Implied nude=2

Always try to help models when they ask.
Linzi asked for 1 shot from each 'shoot' not each category, which makes it even harder.

I'd apply the same rules as when choosing from entries in a photographic competition or for illustrations for a magazine article.

From each 'shoot' choose 2 or 3 that YOU like best then look at the categories on this site and get a balance across the shots showing you in a variety of poses, places and styles.

If you are uncomfortable doing nude, don't show any, more at home with fashion, show more of this, seeking 'unusual' freeky, blood and sword Gothy, Fetishistic shoots, then more of these.

Ask 10 different photographers their opinions, you will get 15 different answers.

In the fashion I like and would suggest you choose: 1,5,9,12,13,15,16,17 retrotog
