This is the posting by a model on the site:
Interested Work Styles

Fashion
Fitness
Editorial
Hair

But this is the reply from her to match her nude pictures on her profile: "Hi i wouldnt do any adult work but am able to do up to nude no open leg only if paid..i would be interested if the work was up to this

Come on girls give us a clue. There are lots of models who's photo's are of a higher level than their stated work. Trouble is, we photographers should only contact you based on your work styles stated....please can you check yours and make sure they are the same?

Perhaps one method of clarifying a models level could be;
All levels stated should have a photo to collaborate the statement, for example if a profile states... Beauty, hair, Make-up, Lingerie... one image could depict all.
topless, Art/Nude, could have a corresponding image.

When it comes to "Adult Levels", (as an image could be against the site rules) we could have a description "tag" that lists the levels... "O/L", "G/G", "B/G", "T/I"... etc

That would go some way to eliminating any misunderstanding.

Even self taken M/Phone images could be used... but must be replace with better quality images within a given time period (say 3 months).
Failure to comply could result in that category being removed from their profile, until a suitable quality image is available.

What is suitable? ... any image that is of reasonable quality depicting the levels indicated, and credited to a photographer.

Just a basis for discussion...

I don't mind if a model does higher levels than those stated, but what I don't want to have happen is the farce that made me argue with the PS mods and get banned, and that is where you offer a girl work based on a photo she has posted, and then get into trouble for offering work "above her stated levels". If you don't do that level any more don't post the pics! You can't blame the tog (Oh, sorry, you can!)for offering you work based on either what you list or what you see. Just as a point, that is where PS breaks the law. They have an adult work tag which allows anyone to post for g/g but bans models or togs who mention b/g. That is clear breach of discrimination law in the work place. If you can do female adult, you can do male adult. I certainly don't suggest for a minute that there should be any pornographic pics posted - there shouldn't be - but I agree with Manneringmedia, if you put adult, you should put on your profile what you want to do. I am sure a lot of girls here tick adult, and then get totally inappropriate offers for what they regard as adult! Onus is on the model though to state what is what.

Hi Manneringmedia

The adult work style is such an expansive one that I will soon be bringing in sub-levels for work styles and sub-categories for photos.

I think the key is education, so I've been working on a "Help Centre". Some of the Help Centre is aimed at using MadcowModels, but a large part is going to be aimed at educating members about work levels and other useful bits and pieces, for example, lighting set ups for photographers, youtube videos, pose guides for models etc..
My aim is for a large part of it to be community driven, so if there is anyone reading that has anything they feel they can contribute towards the help centre or any ideas for what else they'd like to see on the help centre, please get in touch via my profile.

It could be that said nude picturecould have come from a shoot with a well known and trusted photographer .So my advice would be to consider the only levels as the ones stated.Make it known that you shoot nude/adult models are not so shy at coming forward if they are happy working it.Post the photo's Naomi, what's the worst that can happen????.It strikes me James is a cool guy,and want's this site to work for everybody.Chris

How about a key to what all the various levels actually mean? When I am uploading pics I get mighty confused with all the various sub headings that I probably put a lot of them into the wrong genre.

Regarding nude work etc I am only 16 and still see some photos that I would consider inappropriate for my age so people should make sure they tick the right button so I dont get to see bits and bobs thank you !!

Yep, that's fair Nickie, I think things do slip through the net often on many sites, and I regularly get a shock when I'm sipping my tea and having a muse through others' images. I always have 'work safe' mode on and I like my innocent life that way

Maybe people are unsure of when the box needs to be ticked? There is a little box of information on the picture upload bit that tackles whether a pic should be viewable in work safe mode, I think?

Looked at this section for the first time and was happy to see that the rates I pay are competitive. However, I think that the average quoted is simply the average for those that get paid, rather than the average of all those who do the work. So if 50% of the girls doing lingerie don't get paid, the average pay per hour should be much lower to be accurate. In other words it should reflect the average pay of all of those shooting to a level, not just the ones who get paid.

Don't know how you do that, but then I don't know on what basis the figures on the site are calculated.
