Thought i would stir things up a little and get chastised at the same time. This only goes to a few models!!!
The real world models need exposure, excuse the pun, which without they would be wannabes or has-beens as nobody would know they are there.
Market is flooded with models male/female some very pretty some hit with ugly stick.
So why is it that some models demand so much, demand so high rates to such an extent that they are not viable.
I have shot some very well known people on one occasion during a press shoot the model request do not photo this do not photo that to such an extent that the shoot was crap.
so i stood up and told her that without us she would be a below average has-been and she is not that good anyway.
The room was silent then a round of applause. Strange we all took the shots we wanted after that.
What i am saying is don't out-price yourself enjoy the shoot and remember it is the public and togs that make you without them nobody can see you........
John.... there is already a thread goin on about newbies wanting paid work almost immed.... i totally agree with your comments... find the thread and help to keep that one going on.... i started it and caused a bit of hassle. join in and keep it going.lol
