There shouldn't be a problem getting into social care /social work. I was a care assistant in a residential care home for a wee while a few years back while still doing my modelling. I obtained an enhanced disclosure with no problem, which you need to work with the most vulnerable members of society (which I was doing). At no time did they ever ask me if I'd ever posed topless (I don't think it even crossed their mind) as it had absolutely no bearing on me being able to look after the residents properly.
Social care and social work is definitely emotionally and physically demanding work, but have a look into it if you're interested. There's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be able to find something you enjoy doing while still keeping up the modelling work.
Oh yes, and I know an international model who's posed nude and is now retraining as a lawyer, so don't limit yourself too much.
