Have you ever been on a photo shoot when a land owner, passer by etc.. has told you to move on, or get off land etc..

Yes many times the latest one was at Wall south of lichfield was shooting a model there in the roman ruins and got asked to leave not to politely either...most land owners if you approach them will normally agree to you using the land for a shoot most wont charge you either for example theres a bed and breakfast not to far from where i live its in the middle of the country and is actually a farm when i asked if i could p;ossibly use their haybarn for a shoot he willingly said yes of course you can..one day i will take up the offer

Yeah a few times. I got quite into "Urbex" photography last year with a few mates, and as you'd expect with that sort of thing, we got stopped by security/land owners on a few occasions.
I got some of my best photos doing that sort of stuff though, so it was definitely worth it. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to take a model along to some of these places, they would've made fantastic locations for a shoot.

I was shooting against a graffiti wall in Liverpool one evening with a 26 yr old Model and her Chaperone when a drunk came along and said " what are you up to ,you shouldn't be taking pictures of young girls " my reply was a polite "pi55 off you knobhead does she look like a young girl" ,Model was suprised but stayed and we finished the shoot. Drunk departed swiftly

Thing to remember is that if a publication wants to buy your image a year down the line they probably won't if you can't show location and model releases. However, if you really want to see the rollercoaster ride your stolen image can take then watch this extraordinary piece on youtube which you can access at this address arenacreative.com/blog/photography/microstock-related/the-stolen-scream-the-story...
