Cool, that looks pretty good - definitely a cheap alternative to nikon Camera Control.
I've used the Nikon Tethering software for every shoot I've done, though I found it to be a bit slow at times - it would normally lag loading the pictures for about 10/15 seconds, does this have a similar lag or does it transfer the pictures quicker?
There are a few free alternatives, I tried out the
DIYphotobits.com software a year or so ago (
www.diyphotobits.com/download-diyphotobitscom-camera-control/ their site is down at the moment though..) and that was pretty good for a free option. The user interface was very basic, but it got the job done.

How does that work? Are you using your big screen connected to the laptop, or are you using the tv screen as a large "live view" screen?
