Annie, websites are like most things, you can have a simple but inexpensive one or you can have one with bells, whistles and huge bills. There are numerous "free" websites that you can customise but they come with ads and are fairly limited. Personally I just use a pbase page and I also have a facebook page for my photography. pbase is cheap, there is also a free option.
